Purpose of the call :
The units referred to in Article 1 elaborate multiannual core programs with the objectives and the theme, mainly oriented towards the specific problems of the economic-social domain for which the unit operates, in line with the National Strategy for Research, Development and Innovation 2014-2020, hereinafter referred to as SNCDI 2014-2020.

The core research programs, hereinafter referred to as core programs, may be initiated by the units of public law, with legal personality, provided by art.67, paragraph (11) and paragraph (12) of the Government Ordinance no. 57/2002, on scientific research and technological development, approved by Law no. 324/2003, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
