• State authorities and their organizational units,• Local self-government bodies and their organizational units• Organizations set up by the state, region, municipality, city district and association of municipalities,• Educational institutions and higher education institutions,• NGOs,• European groupings of territorial co-operation,• Churches and religious societies. On the Slovak side, the eligible territory includes: The Prešov Self-Governing Region, the Žilina Self-Governing Region and the District of Spišská Nová Ves in the Košice Self-governing Region
