Croatia is a very big consumer of the cemetery candles. This became an environmental problem since there are no recycling facilities for candles and they are usually disposed on waste dumps.
I would like to know what is practice in other countries. I know that Slovenia has a regulation on cemetery candles and EPR system. But, what about implementation in practice and recycling rate?
