The University of Food Technologies - Plovdiv offers Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees in food science, engineering and technology, tourism, biotechnology, economics, computer and information technology. A team of scientists, led by Assoc. Prof. Anton Slavov is carrying out research on the creation of food products with addition of essential oil industry wastes. The main idea of the research is the utilization and valorization of by-products of essential oil industry.
