Hungary is a supplier to West-European countries's economies. Untill Hungarian companies are not required by West-European companies to be circular, for them it is not worth to be circular. This means, Hungary alone cannot have a circular economy. How can this contradiction and challenge hampering Hungary's transition to circular economy be solved?
