Petrokemija d.d. almost half a century of fertilizer production is present in every part of Croatia and in the regional as well as in the world market.
Petrokemija produce mineral fertilizers using natural mineral raw materials, natural gas, atmospheric nitrogen and oxygen. Based on these technological processes, basic chemicals and then mineral fertilizers are produced from these raw materials.

Europa Consortium Regional Development Non-profit Ltd. is a non-governmental organisation actively supporting its region with social innovation, youth, education, nature and environment protection, tourism and development projects. Our colleagues have a long track of experience on the field of management of EU funded projects: LIFE, Interreg-Danube, ERASMUS+, COSME, etc. The organisation provides project management services throughout the whole project lifecycle, offers in-house and small group trainings as well as coaching solutions on project development and management.
Since November 2008, the factory has been a member of the Kappa Star Group, after which a major production capacity restructuring was undertaken, as the factory was closed for a long time period prior to that. After an investment of over 34 million EUR, production was re-launched. The production program of the factory is corrugated papers (Schrenz, Fluting, Testliner 3) based on 100% recycled used paper. The ranges of the factory’s corrugated paper are from 90 to 230 grams per square meters, and it is made on a 5-meter wide machine.
