Founder, owner and director Marko List, Master of Agronomy, currently a doctoral student, has for the last five years been Head of production and procurement of raw materials in the Agrokor Group, where he implemented and introduced HACCP systems in five biogas plants.

After a vast 12 years of experience in management positions in the agricultural and food sector, he founded Consultare d.o.o. as a leading company and gathered a team of specialists in order to provide comprehensive services in design and implementation of HACCP systems for biogas plants in Croatia based on the requirements of the EU Regulation No.1069/2009 and EU Regulation No.142/2011.

In their achievements, so far, the team has implemented HACCP systems at 21 biogas plants in Croatia using anaerobic digestion processes.

The Consultare team consists specialists who have extensive practical experience in advising and preparing operators for the approval process of their establishments by the competent authorities. In their approach, the existing HACCP systems commonly used in biotechnological processing of animal by-products are detaily inspected managed and adjusted.
